"Played the game for 5 years, 6,466 player rating and over 15k battles fought. Developers don't know how to balance tanks or maps anymore. I would have kept playing it, but it got too pay to win and infuriating with the unbalanced gameplay."

"Good game, but the grind is very heavy and still has aggressive monetization. From 2026 april there is also a ban phase in Onslaught mode, which means new players who just farmed their first T10 tank, just got banned...Imagine Counterstrike where you need to grind every single gun, ammo cost ingame currency, perk cost ingame currency and now you can even ban guns which you dont want to play against, (instead of adapting your strategy). But WG couldnt even implement a banning phase right: if both teams ban the same tank, only that 1 tank is getting banned(1 ban gets wasted), leaving both teams in darkness just like before the update, as we still dont know what other team picked until we spot them ingame. This game is nightmare for F2P new players. This game should have stopped at T8 or T9, but we are at T11 already. Game should have been kept as simple WW2 tank FPS, but its a hero shooter now. If i unlock every tank and playing on highest level, i cant play Tiger 1 or T34 anymore, which made me trying out his game in the first place. 75% of tanks are different and there is not even a consistency on tech lines, they dont teach you how to play the tank or what to expect. Reminds me of Warframe where a lot of half baked ideas go into the game just because other games have it, not because its needed. The crew system is just an other annoying thing to drive you crazy. The tiered system progression and matchmaking is hilariously bad game design, but gets away with it because its WW2 tank theme. I remember in 2011 when i first played this game, premium ammo costed real money and stopped playing after 1 month, now i"

"When EA Sports chased their golden goose around the yard to rip off the "FIFA" label and replace it with the melodious "EA FC" despite the discontented cackling, many people expected CHANGE. Written like this, in all capital letters. But nothing like that came. I suspected that despite the rebranding, we would only be waiting for another annual barely noticeable evolution. The career mode is much better than last year's. And it didn't even want to be that bad... For example, you can now turn on the "Simulation" mode, which will play a little with the speed and agility of the players, the accuracy of their touches and shooting, the frequency of injuries and so on. The result is a match experience that is incomparably more realistic than multiplayer speed skating. For those of you who have ever played with sliders, this will not be anything extra new, but the fact that you can now easily adjust your gaming experience by changing one box in the settings is much more convenient. The new mode is called Rush and, in addition to career, you will also encounter it in the regular kick-off and, of course, in Ultimate Team, where it provides new options for completing tasks, earning money and opening more and more packs until you are crazy in the mostly vain hope that this time Haaland will finally fall. Cards rule again. Most players (including me) will inevitably want to play Ultimate Team. Ultimate Team can safely deliver intense, lightning-fast entertainment that basically still has so"
